Therese’s Porridge Scones 120kcal

Ingredients
- 1 500g tub natural yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 2 yogurt pots of porridge oats (300g)
- 1 tsp bread soda
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- Seeds optional
- (2 X 500g yoghurt pots of oats = 300g )
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Using an oiled potato scoop place the scones into a greased muffin tin.
- Sprinkle oats or seeds on top.
- Cook in preheated oven 180° for 30 mins
- Cool on a wire tray.
